No, they’re not angry with us mortals — though perhaps they should be. Instead they’re downright murderous with each other. Introducing the new game — ahem – Faith Fighter.
The game’s online disclaimer reads, clunkily:
“This game is not designed to be offensive to any religion in particular. Its aim is to push the gamers to reflect on how the religions and sacred representations are often instrumentally used to fuel or justify conflicts between nations and people.”
Then, underneath, the instructions read: “Faith Fighter is the the ultimate fighting game for these dark times. Choose your belief and then kick the sh*t out of your enemies. Give vent to your intolerance! Religious hate has never been so much fun.”
Right… Not meant to be offensive. Gotcha. Not that I’m personally offended, but it seems to me that being offensive is pretty much the game’s whole point, in a humorous South Park kind of way. Though it should be said that the makers of Faith Fighter are so concerned about ticking people off that while the game actually does include a depiction of Muhammad, they’ve kindly provided a censored version that doesn’t show the Prophet’s face. (Actually, that version was only made in response to protests.) It should also be said that Faith Fighter is no South Park.
If you’re interested in instigating divine wrath, you can see and download the game here.

Well…since he's blue, seems like Medicine Buddha. Maybe he can miraculously heal whatever wounds are incurred.
